E: Why are you a not-so bimbotic ambassador?

A: People (like you) think that all I know how to do is party, whine when I can't get what I want and scream at whoever looks like Fernando Torres but I actually give tuition to work for what i want, run (occasionally), etc. Digressing,I still think we should launch an all-pink collection.

E: What makes you think that you are qualified to be featured as our first ambassador for the year?

A: Because I’ve got the energy and excitement to try out new stuff. And I’m still YOUTHFUL, thank you very much.

E: So what are your limits when it comes to being exciting and sexy?

A: Baring it all doesn’t equate to sexy, and being fully clothed doesn’t mean zero sex appeal. It all comes down to how you carry yourself. I think there’s a thin line between being sexy and trying too hard. To me, sexy = a girl in her boyfriend’s oversized shirt.

E: We heard that you are going to graduate from school soon. So what are your plans for the future?

A: HELL YEAH. Much as poly life was a blast, it’s exciting to be getting out of tertiary life and start a whole new phase. I intend to work more before continuing my studies, but an overseas trip or two after graduation is definitely necessary.

E: Don't u have plan for the upcoming Valentine's Day?

A: Nope. NO DATE. Would you be free?

E: Sure. Why not? But I guess after this publication, you will have lots of dates!

It was a highly energetic event and once again, CREME clinched 2nd runner up in the mens open catergory. Hards work pay off, congratulation Team CREME.

Since the last beach competition held at Velocity, CREME have been the talk point in the volleyball arena. Of course, CREME, being the brand behind this fast and furious team, we had decided to feed you with a bit more information.

Though it was the first competition for this rookie team, CREME had triumphed as runner up in Velocity Beach Volleyball Competition 2008 and also clinch 2nd runner up in the tertiary men category. They trained hard and bit the pain just for the win. The directors were also there to show support and view their victory.

Dream to Reality as Singapore wins bid for 2010 Youth Olympics

A picture speaks a thousand words. On Thursday, 2008 February 21, International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge announced the triumph result during a ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne- Singapore to host first Youth Olympics Games.

For the first time, the Olympics is held in South East Asia, and in Singapore. Singapore has never hosted a major international multi sports event but held a sentimental edge over Moscow. The IOC was eager to reward a city which might never be able to stage the full Olympics.

It will be an event that feature about 3,200 athletes aged 14-18 competing in 26 sports. The event, to be held every four years, is designed to encourage youngsters to get involved in sports and spend less time in front of computer and television screens.

The management of onelabel was watching the news like other Singaporean and felt a great sense of sentiment when Rogge quoted that these games will not only be about competition, they will also be the platform through which youngsters will learn about the Olympic values and the benefits of sport during the ceremony. It was our vision too- to see youth benefits through sports.

As onelabel sporting culture, we would like to congratulate Singapore on her win to host the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics. It’s no longer a bid. It’s a dream come true.
